Deliveries
Under normal circumstances, it takes only 2-5 working days for your delivery to reach you at home. While on rare occasions, the delivery service may become a bit busier and cause some delays. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause, but rest assured that we are working hard to get your order to you as soon as possible.
What are the shipping costs?
NL/BE: The shipping costs are free for orders from €50. For orders under €50 we charge €4.95 shipping costs.
Rest of the world: The shipping costs are free for orders from €50. For orders under €50 we charge €5.95 shipping costs.
Returns
Returns can be made by post as usual. For returns, you must pay the shipping costs yourself. When we receive the order, we will transfer the money to you.
